Police are looking for the coldhearted creep who sealed this severely malnourished pit bull inside a suitcase and tossed it into a Bronx dumpster.

A local made the heartrending discovery behind a Morris Avenue building in the Melrose Houses at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, and flagged down two patrolling cops.

The officers rushed the emaciated pooch, a male believed to be about 1-year-old, to the ASPCA, where he’s being nursed back to health.

Investigators did not immediately identify a suspect.
