An off-duty Hatzolah EMS worker was stabbed in Crown Heights Tuesday night, sources said.
David Katz, a volunteer with the ambulance service generally staffed by Orthodox Jews, was stabbed in the back amid a dispute, the sources said.
He was in stable condition at Kings County Hospital.
Police are investigating the incident as a hate crime, sources said.
