Police are investigating the death of a 2-year-old Bronx boy who arrived at a hospital Monday unconscious and unresponsive.

The toddler, Grayson Baldwin, was pronounced dead shortly after his father took him to Bronx Lebanon Hospital at about 5:30 p.m., according to cops.

Police said they were called to the hospital after the child’s arrival and detected no obvious signs of trauma on his body.

The medical examiner will determine the baby’s cause of death, authorities said.
