Cops are looking for a convicted killer indicted in a scheme that fleeced dozens of diners in Manhattan’s best restaurants, including Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, The Capital Grill and Smith & Wollensky.

Gregory Portacio, 51, was one of nearly 30 people busted in a ring of waiters and “shoppers” who reproduced customers’ black AmEx cards, which require $250,000 in annual spending, and used the information to buy expensive goods at stores like Chanel, Neiman Marcus, Cartier and Bergdorf Goodman, authorities said.

Portacio has so far escaped arrest in the scheme, but he did time for killing a woman during a botched robbery in 1980, records show. He served another prison stint on charges of sodomy and weapons possession, according to the New York State Department of Corrections.
