A creep groped a teenage girl in a Bronx apartment building, police said Friday.

The perv approached the 14-year-old from behind in the lobby of a building on Beaumont Avenue in Fordham around 3:15 p.m. Dec. 4, police said.

As she tried to pass him, he groped and squeezed her buttocks before grabbing his groin area and saying “I like that” while he stared her down, cops said.

The perv fled after the teenager screamed. She was not injured. He was last seen wearing a green waist-length jacket, black sneakers and dark pants.

A month earlier in the Bronx, a man on a bike groped a 17-year-old outside her Melrose school, police said.
