Cops arrested a man Tuesday in the 2013 shooting death of mobster Michael Meldish, killed by a shot to the his head as he sat in his luxury car in The Bronx.

Terrence Caldwell, 57, allegedly shot Meldish in his Lincoln LS on Ellsworth Avenue on Nov. 15, 2013.

Meldish, 62, had links to the Luchese and Genovese families.

It was not clear what led to Caldwell’s arrest or the motive for the slaying.
