Police have arrested the teen who slashed the face of a worker at a Greenwich Village diner, cops said.
Domincio Howington, 16, of Manhattan was cuffed early Tuesday and charged with assault with intent to cause serious physical injury and criminal possession of a weapon.
Howington walked into the Silver Spurs diner on LaGuardia Place last Wednesday and began asking customers for donations for his basketball team, police said.
Busboy Bobby Barbot, 25, tried to get the retainer-wearing kid to leave the restaurant, cops said.
But the boy returned a short time later and cut Barbot’s face so deeply that the wound required 120 stitches, the man said.
