Now he can’t push pedals or strollers.

An alleged serial bike thief — caught on camera swiping pricey rides from an Upper East Side apartment building as his two young children looked on — is in custody, authorities said Saturday.

Jose Torres, 28, was nabbed two days after cops released surveillance video that shows him pausing from pushing a balloon-adorned stroller along East 60th Street to grab an unattended $720 Cannondale.

The pedal pilferer had his older child push the carriage as he calmly wheeled the bike down the street, the video shows.

Police sources said Torres also swiped a second bike valued at $1,300 from a neighboring building moments before — and copped to stealing a total of six bikes worth a combined $16,000 when he was hauled in for questioning.

Torres faces charges including grand larceny, burglary, and acting in a manner injurious to a child for bringing his kids along for the ride.
