Police busted the man accused of

inside Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, authorities announced Thursday.

Robert Marcucci, 62, turned himself in to cops Wednesday evening, after police circulated his photograph, and was arrested for touching and kissing a 68-year-old female patient inside the hospital, cops said.

Authorities alleged Marcucci slipped into the unconscious woman’s room on the ninth floor of the South Bronx hospital around 3 p.m. Monday and began abusing her, authorities said.

Another patient saw what was happening and notified hospital staff, who checked on the woman and allegedly spotted Marcucci limping away.

When police interviewed Marcucci Wednesday, he claimed he was visiting another patient at the hospital — but was allegedly unable to provide cops with that person’s name, police sources said.

He identified the victim to police, but denied touching her, the sources added.

Marcucci, who was previously arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance, assault and petit larceny, was charged with sex abuse.
