Police have arrested a 34-year-old man for swiping $233,000 worth of sacred texts from a Brooklyn synagogue, police sources said.

The suspect, identified by sources as Aron Gross, was nabbed Wednesday at around 9:20 p.m. and charged with burglary in the early Sunday theft of the nine Torah scrolls from the Maase Rokach Congregation in Borough Park, sources said.

Police said the thief busted down the rear door of the synagogue on 12th Avenue and 55th Street during the heist.
