A 15-year-old Staten Island boy has been arrested for robbing and beating a Mexican teen over the weekend as part of a recent rash of bias attacks to plague the borough, police said.

The perp, who was not named by police, is accused of attacking the 18-year-old victim, who was returning from Manhattan where he works as a busboy.

The teen, who was arrested Sunday night, has been charged with assault, robbery and aggravated harassment.

Sources said investigators with the NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force were looking for a suspect described as a black male with a mohawk and — based off that description — soon found the perp, who lives nearby.

The teen was collared and cops are seeking two more suspects, sources said.

The thugs approached the victim near Castleton Avenue and Simonson Place in Port Richmond at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

One thug began punching him while shouting anti-Mexican slurs, as another man stole $10, cops said.

The victim, who is entering his senior year in high school, suffered cuts and bruises to his face. He has been volunteering for an anti-bias youth group for the past five years.

The attack was the 11th reported bias incident in the neighborhood since April.
