Three toll scofflaws from New Jersey – including one who racked up a mind-boggling $644,804 in fees and fines – were arrested at the Lincoln Tunnel Wednesday morning.

A Port Authority police source said all three own and operate private buses that shuttle people in and out of Manhattan.

The bust of Manual Aristyarias, 51, of Patterson – who authorities say failed to pay $183,904 in tolls and $460,900 in fines – was “particularly dramatic,” a source said.

“I’ve never seen something like that,” said the source, who said violators are tracked through the EZ Pass system.

“The gentleman has a bus company and apparently has several on his fleet.”

Also arrested were Somaya Elkaramany, 48, of Bayonne and Washington Cevallos-Vega, of Union City.

Somaya, who drove a 2001 Ford bus in and out of the tunnel, owes $24,522 in back tolls and fees; while Cevallos-Vega, behind the wheel of a 2006 Chevy bus, owes a total of $13,389, authorities said.

Somaya had a tussle with Jersey City cops in November, 2014 when they stopped her jitney and ticketed her for eight different violations, including delaying traffic and not having a medical certificate for passengers.

Cops said Somaya struck one of the officers who arrested her.

Somaya told the Jersey Journal she never hit anyone and maintained traffic cops were merely trying to harass her and other bus drivers.

Two other scofflaws — one who tried to jump out of $94,000 in tolls and fines and another who tried to skip out on $50,000 – were arrested earlier this month.
