A car stop for a minor violation in Harlem led to the recovery of a cache of weapons, police said.
Daniel Figueroa, 45, of Rochester, was pulled over at about 12:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of West 145th Street and Lenox Avenue after officers observed him driving his 2008 Lincoln SUV while allegedly talking on a cellphone without a hands-free device.
NYPDFigueroa was taken into custody after cops learned his license was suspended. He then allegedly admitted that he was packing heat.
Cops recovered four guns, four switchblades, and some ammo.
He was charged with 10 counts of criminal possession of a weapon, aggravated unlicensed operator, and driving while using a cellphone.
