Brooklyn cops rescued an adorable kitten trapped in the undercarriage of a parked car last night — then went above the call of duty by providing the furry feline with a new home.
Worried Canarsie residents called for help when they heard the cries of the tiny black cat, who somehow got stuck underneath a Lexus sedan on East 86th Street and Avenue J.
Cops from the 69 Precinct arrived on scene, where they used a jack to prop up the car and free the feline.
Following a quick scrub by Police Officer Reiff in the station house sink, the lucky cat was adopted by one of the officers.
