This unhinged man kept cops busy for about three hours Wednesday night as he paced on a Queens balcony — threatening to leap before finally being grabbed, cops said.

The man got out on the balcony at 41-17 Crescent St., where he began to yell for help shortly after 8 p.m., saying he didn’t want to die.

“They were lying to me!” he shouted. “They’re trying to silence me! If I fall, it’s the government’s fault.”

Emergency Service Unit cops pulled him in at about 11:20 p.m. and took him to Bellevue Hospital to be evaluated.
