The Staten Island dad who sparked an Amber Alert Tuesday morning after hitting his NYPD officer wife and taking his 2-year-old daughter is in custody — and the tot is unharmed, cops said.

Johnny Woo, 45, and his daughter Kim were located by a Highway cop on the southbound Major Deegan Expressway near the Cross Bronx Expressway around 2:50 p.m., about six hours after he took the girl and disappeared, police said.

Charges were pending against the dad and the little girl was taken to South Shore Hospital to be checked out.

The Amber Alert was issued after Woo fought with his wife, Sgt. Milogna Woo, over their divorce around 8:44 a.m., police sources said. Woo allegedly punched Abreu in the stomach at their Ismay Street home and “forcibly removed” the child, cops said.

Woo grabbed the keys to his wife’s car, removed the child’s car seat and put it in his 2014 black Kia Sorrento. He then took off with the little girl, who was wearing pajamas.
