Cops were looking for two punks who were caught on video in the Bronx knocking a man down and dragging him across the pavement while trying to steal his backpack.

The two suspects sneaked up behind the 34-year-old man at around 6 p.m. on Saturday night on Grand Concourse near East Fordham Road and attempting to tear the man’s bag right off his back, according to police.

After wrestling the backpack from the man’s grasp, one of the individuals ran off but dropped the bag when the victim’s coworkers intervened.

The backpack was recovered and the two men fled in opposite directions on Grand Concourse.

Cops were asking the public to help identify the suspects.
