A woman told cops she was raped at a popular Meatpacking District eatery early Sunday, but police sources say her story doesn’t add up.

The woman said she was raped by a stranger in the bathroom at the Sugar Factory at 835 Washington St. But security footage showed the highly intoxicated woman entering the empty bathroom alone and exiting by herself, sources said.

The NYPD’s Special Victims Unit was investigating.
