An NYPD sergeant and a retired patrolman have filed a racial-discrimination lawsuit against their former commanding officer, charging that over a two-year period, they were harassed, humiliated and subjected to outrageous comments.

The lawsuit, filed in The Bronx by Sgt. Desmond Blaize and retired cop Richard Black, is the second slap against Deputy Inspector Donald McHugh, the head of the NYPD’s World Trade Command Center, who was sued in August by Sgt. Christopher Groben, describing similar turmoil between 2008 and 2010.

A police spokesman did not immediately return a call for comment, and the city’s Law Department declined to comment.
