Correction
In Wednesday’s Post, Columnist Michael Goodwin cited claims by Wall Street Journal reporter Maria Abi-Habib that there were “concerns” that Gen. David Petraeus and Gen. John Allen might have been the victims of “honey traps,” in which women who are connected to foreign spy agencies try to get close to military officials in order to get information from them. The Journal has since published a correction. It now says that it has heard of no concerns that Jill Kelley and Paula Broadwell could be part of a honey trap.
