Democratic presidential hopeful Cory Booker was interrupted mid-speech at a campaign event in Florida on Sunday — when a woman in a minivan crashed into a pole outside.

The crash outside the Miami Soul Cafe wasn’t related to Booker’s speech inside, Miami Gardens Police spokeswoman Carolyn Frazer told WPLG.

The driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.

No one inside the cafe was injured, but some campaign-event attendees were left shaken.

The New Jersey senator carried on with the speech after a delay.
