A worker’s hand was mangled in a horrific slicing machine accident at a Harlem Costco, fire officials said.
Luckily, the man’s hand was intact, just badly cut up after the freak incident inside the meat section shortly before 2 p.m.
The victim’s hand was already bandaged when first responders arrived to the store on East 117 Street. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
There is no amputation,” said Costco assistant general manager Angie Baubrunlemit. “There was an incident.”
