An NYPD counter-terrorism cop is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Orange County, The Post has learned.

Seven-year department veteran George Gracia was arrested over the domestic incident in New Windsor late last week and arraigned Friday on a charge of third-degree criminal sex act, a spokesman with the Orange County District Attorney’s office confirmed.

Details about the alleged assault were unclear, but criminal sex act is defined under state law as unwanted oral or anal penetration.

Gracia, who is assigned to the critical response command in the counter-terrorism bureau, according to his LinkedIn, has been suspended without pay, police sources told The Post.

An order of protection was issued for the victim and the cop was released without bail, according to a spokesman with the DA’s office, who said Gracia is expected back in court on Dec. 12.

A spokesperson for the NYPD did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Earlier Monday, news broke that three NYPD employees were arrested in separate incidents just hours apart.
