Coup for Coney
The city’s plans to revive Coney Island got a big boost yesterday after a Manhattan judge tossed out a lawsuit seeking to overturn Mayor Bloomberg’s massive amusement-district redevelopment.
The City Council-approved, 47-acre rezoning plan was “well considered” and legal, declared Judge Eileen Rakower.
