A couple was found dead in an apparent murder-suicide in a Bronx home Tuesday afternoon, police source said.

The 39-year-old man and his 29-year-old girlfriend were discovered by the woman’s worried sister inside a residence on Outlook Avenue near Griswold Avenue in Pelham Bay about 1:30 p.m.

The distraught relative decided to check up on her sibling after several unanswered phone calls. She arrived at the home to find her sister and the boyfriend with gunshot wounds to the head.

It appears the man shot his girlfriend then turned the gun on himself, police sources said.
