A couple stabbed each other during a lover’s spat in the Bronx Saturday, police said.

The couple was squabbling inside a home on Eastchester Road near Givan Avenue in Eastchester just before 7 a.m. when their argument took a violent turn, officials said.

The man, who is in his 40’s, was stabbed in the chest during the quarrel, while the woman was stabbed in the hand, cops said.

It was not immediately clear what started the fight.

The couple was transported to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition, authorities said.
