The state Supreme Court has ordered the NYPD to hand over all race-related data in shootings by city cops from 1997 to 2006.

Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Joan Madden issued the opinion on Dec. 15 while ruling on a year-old freedom-of-information lawsuit brought by the New York Civil Liberties Union against the department and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.

The NYCLU filed suit after five Queens cops killed an unarmed Sean Bell in a 50-bullet barrage on what would have been the African- American 23-year-old’s wedding day in November 2006.
