Court wrist-slaps pill doc
An anesthesiologist who teamed with his stripper girlfriend to illegally sell amphetamine pills out of a Park Slope hospital was sentenced yesterday to three years’ probation and ordered to forfeit $88,500.
Dr. Michael Hosny Gabriel, who had spent time under house arrest, was also fined $2,000 by Brooklyn federal Judge Jack Weinstein.
Gabriel admitted he pushed Adderall while doing his residency at Methodist Hospital. He pleaded guilty to charges of drug conspiracy and writing illegal prescriptions.
Pauline Wiltshire was a medical-school student and exotic dancer when she helped him sell thousands of the pills via Craigslist and PayPal.
The couple is no longer together, and Gabriel has relocated to Ohio.
