A judge yesterday sent the Naked Cowboy’s latest lawsuit riding off into the sunset.

Manhattan federal Judge Barbara Jones tossed claims by the famed Times Square busker that CBS and Bell-Phillip Television ripped off his trademark get-up to costume a character on the soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Jones said the outfit that was briefly worn by “Oliver” on a 2010 episode “contains none of the distinctive characteristics” of the minimalist ensemble worn by the Naked Cowboy, Robert Burck.

A CBS spokesman said, “This dismissal confirms that the emperor, or in this case, the cowboy, has no clothes.”
