Congrats are apparently in order.

A reader points out this Facebook status update:

Christopher Nixon Cox is engaged to Andrea Catsimatidis.

That would be a new development – Cox, 31, and Catsimatidis, 19, have been dating for awhile.

Cox is the son of the state chairman, and grandson of the former president. His betrothed is the daughter of mega-donor and supermarket magnate John.

Cox is running for congress in Suffolk County, and his father-in-law to-be has been raising money for him.
