The construction company involved in the deadly 2008 crane accident on the Upper East Side wants the family of one of the victims to prove their son’s moving last note to them isn’t a fake.

Lawyers for the Leon DeMatteis Construction Corp. have told the family of Ramadan Kurtaj that they want to do handwriting and ink tests on the note the family says the worker sent them in the weeks before he died to prove it’s not a forgery.
