Stuart Burch yesterday told a Manhattan courtroom he was “in shock” after hearing a boom outside his East 91st Street window on May 30, 2008, and watching a construction crane crash into his home.

He testified at the manslaughter trial of James Lomma, owner of the crane, which collapsed and killed two people.
