A crash inside a New York-bound tube of the Lincoln Tunnel touched off delays of more than an hour Tuesday morning, officials said.
The accident happened about 6 a.m., forcing authorities to close the south tube, resulting in a two-mile backup on the New Jersey Turnpike.
That tube has since reopened, but the residual backup is still slowing inbound commuters.
Five people were injured in the crash, according to WNYW.
