An off-duty 15-year NYPD cop was killed early yesterday when she was thrown from her Ford SUV after hitting a Palisades Parkway guard rail in Rockland County, authorities said.

Esther Sanzo, 37, of The Bronx’s 48th Precinct, was driving south near Nanuet at 12:45 a.m. when she lost control, State Police said.

Sanzo was the wife of NYPD Lt. Mike Holmes, whom she met while working in the 44th Precinct.
