The family of the 15-year-old Queens boy killed in a chain-reaction crash involving LA Laker Lamar Odom, husband of reality-TV star Khloe Kardashian, donated his organs to help others.

Awsaf Islam, who hoped to be a doctor someday, was struck Thursday when a motorcycle jumped the curb after crashing into the Cadillac SUV Odom was riding in at around 4:50 p.m. at 48th Avenue and 45th Street.

Islam died Friday.

His uncle, Mizanur Rahman, said the boy’s mother has been too traumatized to return to her apartment without her only son. “He was like a prince,” Rahman told The Post.
