A woman was killed and two infants were injured in a Harlem crash yesterday, police said.

A van and a car collided at Broadway and West 135th Street at 2:15 p.m., cops said.

The female passenger in a Ford Focus was pronounced dead at St. Luke’s Hospital. The driver was her cousin, the mother of two infant passengers in the car.

Those three survivors were taken to St. Luke’s with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the Ford E250 van was not hurt, but cops busted him for allegedly driving with a suspended license.

He’s not expected to be charged for the crash, law-enforcement sources said.

The van crushed the car into the window of a pharmacy, pinning its passengers inside, witnesses said.

“It was a big bang, and then there was glass from the red car exploding from the impact, said a witness Anna Polanco.
