A Brooklyn couple got a double whammy when their legally parked car was rear-ended while they ate at a restaurant — and then a clueless traffic cop gave them a ticket for blocking the crosswalk, according to a video posted on YouTube.

The couple left the Nostrand Avenue diner Perry’s in Sheepshead Bay at about noon Tuesday to find their GMC SUV banged up and partially on the sidewalk — and the cop writing a ticket.

“I had two minutes left on my meter!” cried victim Patricia Baldwin, 63, according to the video. “What are you giving me a ticket for?”

But the cop told her it was “too late” and that the ticket had already been written, according to the victim. The NYPD could not immediately provide details.

Witnesses and officials said a black Toyota headed southbound on Nostrand Avenue struck a parked blue Honda that lurched forward and rear-ended Baldwin’s SUV.

Two hours later, the traffic cop changed her mind and withdrew the ticket, according to Baldwin.

“She said, ‘I realized this ticket should have never been written,’ ” Baldwin added.
