A crazed cabby who repeatedly rammed his car into a police cruiser after a wild chase the wrong way down Madison Avenue looked every bit the madman Tuesday as he was led into court for his arraignment.

Jean Dalusma, 32, winked his left eye and freakishly bared his teeth when court officers escorted him into Manhattan Criminal Court.

Assistant District Attorney Kelly Stankiewicz described the bizarre incident that began at East 45th Street and Madison Ave to Judge Denise Dominguez.

“The officer observed the defendant disobey a traffic-control device and signaled to defendant to pull over. The defendant ignored the officer, and the officer activated his lights and sirens in pursuit,” she said as Dalusma repeatedly rolled his eyes and shifted his gaze from the ceiling to the floor.

Dalusma made a U-turn on 48th Street, hopping the curb and sending pedestrians jumping for safety, Stankiewicz recalled as the unhinged hack, sporting a mop of unkempt hair, fidgeted and continued rolling his eyes.

Dalusma then threw his car in reverse and rammed the cop car three times before turning the wrong way down Madison Ave during rush hour, prosecutors said.

The deranged hack barreled down the five-lane thoroughfare against traffic as pedestrians scrambled for cover, prosecutors said. Dalusma then made an abrupt right on 45th Street, threw his car in reverse again, and rammed the cop car twice, the complaint states.

As Dalusma turned onto Vanderbilt Avenue, he slammed into another cab and a truck. He came to a stop but refused to get out of his car for minutes, prosecutors said.

He faces raps for assault, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and fleeing police officer. He has no criminal record, his defense lawyer said.
