The daughter of a retired cop let it slide the first time this sex offender allegedly groped her near Lincoln Center — but when he attacked her a second time she snapped his picture and gave it to police, sources said.

Jeffrey Mohan, 49, first squeezed her buttocks on May 3 right outside the performing-arts center, she claims. She shoved him away and didn’t report it. On May 15, he allegedly attacked her again as she and a friend drove up to a parking garage in Midtown.

This time he slammed on the hood of her car and “started to come after them in a crazy manner,” a source said. She snapped photos of the perv and shared them with police, who are now hunting him.

Police sources say Mohan is a drunk with repeated open-container busts around Penn Station and the Port Authority.

He has also been charged for failure to register as a sex offender in New Jersey and was recently kicked out of a homeless shelter.

He was also arrested in July 2010 when he urinated on a fingerprint machine at the Hoboken police station as he was being questioned for allegedly having sex in public, according to The Jersey Journal.
