A man allegedly told a woman she has “nice breasts” before groping her in the Staten Island Ferry’s St. George Terminal.

Niyi Madandola, 30, approached the victim in the terminal at around 1 a.m. Thursday, said, “You got nice breasts, I like them,” and grabbed her, a criminal complaint says.

He was charged with forcible touching, sexual abuse and harassment, and was held in lieu of $1,500 bond.
