Cops released a picture of a pervert wanted for grabbing a woman’s crotch in a Times Square subway station.

The 55-year-old victim told cops the stranger fondled her around 3 p.m. Jan. 11 as they passed each other in a walkway at the 42nd Street/Times Square subway station.

The woman confronted her attacker immediately, but he fled to the N, Q, R platform. She chased him but he lost her on the platform.

The man, whose image was captured by a surveillance camera, is described as between 30 and 55 years old, 5 feet 10, and from 145 to 170 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black and white hat, a beige coat with a fur collar, dark pants, a checkered scarf and a dark backpack.
