A creepy lovesick fan of “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” star Kathryn Erbe was charged by Brooklyn federal prosecutors yesterday with interstate stalking after two years of allegedly shadowing the actress.

Charles Nagel, 36, was arrested in March. He had come to the Big Apple several times in 2008 and 2009 and approached Erbe on the set, prosecutors said.
