Soho’s Dominique Ansel Bakery — famed home of the Cronut pastry — will reopen Tuesday after it was closed by health officials over a mouse infestation.
The bakery said Monday that the Department of Health lifted the restrictions on its Spring Street shop and that it would resume serving its hit croissant-doughnut hybrid.
Authorities had shut the bakery Friday after discovering a “severe mouse infestation,” the DOH said.
A customer had taken a cellphone video of a rodent darting across the kitchen and posted it to the Internet.
