A callous crook swiped heart medication from an elderly man in the victim’s Bronx building, cops said Saturday.
The thief trailed the 89-year-old victim as he walked into his Park Avenue building in Concourse Village around 7:20 p.m. on Feb. 15, then followed him into the elevator.
When the victim exited the elevator, the mugger grabbed him from behind, placed him on the floor and began to rummage through his pockets — swiping his heart medication.
The suspect, who cops say was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, then bolted down the stairs and took off.
The octogenarian was uninjured, police said.
