A convicted robber got a massive break yesterday when a Manhattan appeals court overturned two convictions — finding the lineup he was picked out of was unfair because it didn’t include any other 400-pound men.
They ordered that Eric Kenley, 48, get new trials on the two convictions, minus evidence from the lineup identifications.
