Prison-bound ex-pol Hiram Monserrate has won another month of freedom to get his rotten choppers fixed.

The disgraced former Democratic lawmaker from Queens has been undergoing extensive dental work since January, and last week had two temporary crowns attached to “the last of his teeth that are at issue,” court papers say.

But defense lawyer James Neuman said Monserrate still needs to get permanent crowns installed because the temporaries won’t last for the two years he’ll be locked up in the slammer.

Manhattan federal Judge Colleen McMahon — who already postponed Monserrate’s surrender once so he could tend to his pearly whites — gave him until May 11 to start serving his sentence.

Monserrate pleaded guilty last year to scamming about $100,000 in “slush” funds while serving on the City Council.
