A cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” who has been wreaking havoc in the halls of a Bronx apartment complex in a pink thong was arrested after allegedly harassing his neighbor and her son.

Anthony Orozco was taken into custody at his Williamsbridge apartment on Friday around 5:45 p.m., police said.

The ordeal was caught by the doorbell camera of his fed-up neighbor, Leonia Clemente, who has an order of protection against Orozco.

“He was threatening my son. I walked to the doorway and told him, ‘You’re not supposed to talk to me or my son so leave us alone,” she told The Post.

“He started screaming some stuff in Spanish, talking about how he hates us and he’s going to get us.”

He then allegedly started banging on her kitchen window with a stick while screaming, she claimed.

Orozco is seen in the footage speaking loudly on the phone in Spanish, casually leaning against his doorway as a group of cops stand in the hall.

Clad in a blue cropped top and a baseball cap, he speaks over the cops before they pull him into the hall and place him in cuffs, the footage shows.

The suspect looks up at the ceiling and appears to roll his eyes, according to the video.

Mi telefono,” he shouts at the cops, as a voice is heard from the other end of the ongoing call.

“I know, we have to hang up the phone,” an officer cuts in.

He was charged with criminal contempt for violating an order of protection and remains in custody as of Saturday afternoon, police said.

“The blonde wig, he messes with me. The pink wig, he messes with the guy on the second floor. The red wig, he messes with the third floor,” Clemente, 44, previously told The Post.

Orozco was arrested at least twice in April.

On April 13, he allegedly broke a camera outside of Clemente’s apartment with a stick. He was charged with criminal mischief.

Then on April 29, he was accused of swinging a metal rail at Clemente, 44, in front of her apartment, police said. He was charged with menacing.

He’s pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, court records show.

The unhinged resident also allegedly tried starting a fire in the building.

He turned on all four stove burners inside his apartment without lighting them on April 4, causing gas to fill the apartment, a manager for Metro Landmark Realty told The Post.

“He was sitting there smoking cigarettes under this gas. The whole area was gassed down. So what was he trying to do, blow up everybody in the building?” said neighbor Alexandra Reina, 51.

As a result, all the gas for the building has been turned off for a month, according to Metro Landmark Realty.

The management company has been trying to boot Orozco since at least June, and claims he hasn’t paid rent since December 2024. The eviction case is ongoing.
