The cop whose legs were horribly crushed between two cars during a traffic stop in Brooklyn was recovering yesterday following surgery.

Detective Alex Rosario, 34, underwent the emergency procedures Friday night after a van smacked into him, pinning the plainclothes cop by the knees against a car full of suspects he had pulled over.
