Police released this sketch Wednesday of the gangbanger who shot an aide to Gov. Cuomo during a predawn celebration ahead of the annual West Indian American Day Parade in Brooklyn.

The suspect was described by cops as a 20-year-old male who was wearing a Jamaican flag around his neck when he shot Carey Gabay in the head Monday.

Gabay, 43, showed no signs of improvement Wednesday at Kings County Hospital, where he remained in critical condition.

Gabay, the first deputy counsel of Cuomo’s Empire State Development agency, underwent brain surgery after getting caught in the crossfire between members of rival street gangs.

“We’re waiting for more information from doctors,” family spokesman Errol Cockfield said.

“All his siblings, his mom, his wife are at his bedside.”
