Gov. Cuomo — who gave the flimsy excuse of living outside the Big Apple for not supporting Mayor de Blasio’s primary re-election bid — backed two more City Council Democrats running in primaries Tuesday.

Cuomo, who previously backed six candidates, endorsed Staten Island’s Debi Rose’s re-election and Assemblyman Robert Rodriguez’s bid for the East Harlem/South Bronx seat of term-limited Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito.
